For store owners
How your store appears on PeptidesGrid, how to get prices listed or corrected, how the domain check works and how to answer buyer reports. Full rules are on the method page, in the community guidelines and in the terms.
How prices get onto the site
Every price is a public list price from your own site. For WooCommerce and Shopify stores we read the public product feed (the WooCommerce Store API or Shopify's products.json) once a day, with every size and pack option. For other stores we read public product pages daily.
We never log in, never add anything to a cart and never use prices sent privately. Product page reads follow your robots.txt: if it disallows the path where your product data sits, we skip it and your store page says why no prices show. A page-read price not re-read for 14 days is hidden.
Each listing becomes US dollars per milligram: the price divided by mg per vial times vials in the pack. Only lyophilized vials are compared. Capsules, tablets, nasal sprays, pre-filled pens, pre-mixed liquids, creams and raw powder are left out. Blends are compared only with the same named blend, such as GLOW or KLOW; other mixes are left out. A listing is dropped when its size can't be read from the product name, option label or URL, so state mg per vial and vials per pack there.
Getting listed, or fixing a price or pack size
Use the contact form ("I run a store listed here") and send:
- your store's domain;
- the product URL;
- the correction: price, mg per vial or vials per pack;
- where your page states it, such as the product name or option label.
To be added, send your domain and a few product URLs. Public prices can be listed whether or not Finnrick lists your domain; the domain check decides whether a lab score appears beside them. Members-only stores are listed without prices.
We check every correction against your own page before changing anything, and fix confirmed errors in the next daily update. Fixes to pack sizes, domain checks, warnings and store notes are logged with the date and reason on the corrections log.
The domain check
Every store domain has a page on the domain check. The result rests on the websites Finnrick Analytics lists for each vendor it scores. PeptidesGrid doesn't decide who owns a brand: it reports what Finnrick lists and what a named source says.

Being on Finnrick's list is Finnrick's process, not ours. To add, remove or move a domain on your listing, contact Finnrick. For a second domain, your listed site can redirect to it or name it as yours.

Lab scores
Lab scores are Finnrick Analytics' published scores, linked to their source. PeptidesGrid doesn't test products and can't change a score, and buyer reports don't affect it. To question a score, contact Finnrick; its changes appear after our next fetch.
Buyer reports, responses and disputes
Reports appear only after moderator approval, and serious claims need evidence. Under each report, "Are you this store? Respond or dispute" opens the response and dispute page. A public response appears under the report after moderation; a dispute asks moderators to review the report against your evidence.
First confirm you run the domain: serve the code that page gives you in a plain text file at https://<your domain>/peptidesgrid-verify.txt, and keep it there until you submit. A redirect to another domain doesn't count. Confirmed responses carry a "domain owner confirmed" tag, and a confirmed dispute marks the report "disputed by the store, under review" at once. An unconfirmed dispute stays private until decided.
A dispute needs:
- your name and role, published with your statement;
- an email, kept private;
- a reason: no matching order, delivered, refunded or reshipped, inaccurate, resolved since, or other;
- your side with dates, at least 60 characters, without customer personal details;
- evidence such as tracking, a refund receipt, order records or messages: PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, up to 5 files of 5 MB, seen only by moderators.
We acknowledge disputes and complaints within 2 business days and decide within 14 days. Outcomes: the report stays with your statement shown, is marked resolved, or is removed, or the dispute is rejected. Either side can ask once for a second review. Stores never see a buyer's email, IP details or evidence files.
What is never for sale
No store can pay to be listed, ranked or removed, or to have a report hidden or taken down. PeptidesGrid uses no affiliate links, shows no ads and earns nothing when a visitor clicks through to a store. How we handle what you send is on the privacy page.
