What to post

Your own order with a peptide store: what you bought, when, how you paid, what arrived and how the store handled problems. Scam reports are for sites that took payment and sent nothing, imitated a real store, or sent something clearly fake. Specific, dated facts are the most useful thing you can give the next buyer. You must be 18 or older to post.

What not to post

Anything you didn't experience yourself. Personal details of anyone, including your own: names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, order or tracking numbers. Threats, insults, or accusations you can't describe first-hand. Dosing, medical use or health claims: these stores sell research chemicals and PeptidesGrid is not a place for medical advice. Promotion of any store, including discount codes. Posts about a store you own, work for or compete with, except as a store response or dispute where you say who you are.

Evidence

Scam reports, orders that never arrived and quality problems must include at least one evidence file: an order confirmation, payment proof (receipt or transaction ID), chat screenshots, tracking, or a lab report. Files are seen only by moderators and are never published. Location data is removed from JPG, PNG and WebP photos; PDFs are kept as uploaded.

"Evidence reviewed" means a moderator saw documents that match the report, such as a receipt naming the store's domain, the amount and the date. We don't contact banks or carriers, so it is not proof.

Moderation

Every report is read by a moderator before it appears, usually within two days. Moderators may remove personal details or off-topic text; a report edited this way says "Edited by a moderator to remove personal details". They reject reports without first-hand detail, duplicates, repeat posts about the same order, and anything that looks like a competitor or the store itself posting. Approval is not verification: reports are the views of their authors. Moderators don't handle reports about any business they are connected with.

Stores can respond or dispute

Every published report has a link for the store. A store can post a public response, which appears under the report, or file a dispute: a reason (no matching order, delivered, refunded, inaccurate, resolved since) and evidence such as tracking, delivery confirmation or a refund receipt, seen only by moderators.

Stores prove they run the domain by placing a short verification code at /peptidesgrid-verify.txt on their site; their responses then carry a "domain owner confirmed" tag. A dispute from a confirmed owner marks the report "disputed by the store, under review" right away.

Complaints about a report or a page

Anyone named in a report, and any store, can complain about a report or a store page through the contact form. Send the page address, the statement you say is wrong, why, and any evidence. We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 14 days.

While we review a complaint, the report stays up marked "under review", unless it contains personal information, a threat or an obvious error, which we remove at once. Outcomes: keep (with the store's statement shown), correct, mark resolved, or remove. Either side can ask once for a second review. We comply with Canadian court orders.

Independence

No store can pay to remove or hide a report, and reports don't change a store's lab score, which comes only from Finnrick's published data.
